What we collect
When you use the contact form we collect your name, email address, organisation, country, optional role, enquiry type and message. We do not use advertising trackers.
Why and on what basis
We use this information only to respond to your enquiry and manage a potential collaboration, on the basis of your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) and our legitimate interest in answering business requests.
Where it is stored
Form submissions are stored in a managed database (Supabase) and the website is hosted by Vercel. Both act as processors under data-processing agreements.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for up to 24 months after our last exchange, unless a collaboration requires longer retention.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data and withdraw consent at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with your data-protection authority (in Spain, the AEPD).
